I'm Olivia ( Oli for most of my friends)

I've been struggling with body-image related problems since I was young. When I was 15 I was given hormones ( since I had thyroid problems) and ended up gaining 7kg/~14lb in a WEEK. Being set back by that I ended up getting depressed and gaining even more weight. That was at the beginning of my last year in middle school. Later being in a goth subculture ( and being 16) I made some poor choices considering my apperance. I was far too chubby for a "proper goth" girl so I tried to remedy that with cutting my hair short and dying it black. Let's not comment on that... That autumn I was starting high school. I was the only person from my middle school going to that high school so I was really scared of not being accepted. I got a flu right before the school year sarted so not only I was 4 days late, I also had black fringe, blond really short hair, flashy dark make-up and studded cloths + knee high military boots. I'm a really optimistic and out-going person so I was able to quickly make some friends but still I was the most controversial person in school and entire student body gossiped about me. They started nasty rumors and belittled me - I didn't get to hear most of it ( thank god for that) until just recently but the amount I heard made me deperssed and thrown me into the clutches of bulimia. After a year of living hell I met my best friend. Who helped me battle my problems. She made me meet my dad ( whom I haven't seen for over 10 years at that time) and fight all my anxieties. Getting that done helped me get over my bulimia ( long and painfull process).but didn't help me lose any of the weight Now I'm at uni and I finally managed to get some of it off. I want to be more confident in myself and become someone I'm proud off. My bulimic tendencies are getting in the way and I often panic that I might fall there again. I restricted which helped me get from 72kg to 64kg but I've been stuck between 64 and 63kg for past 4 months and I want to do the rest of this journey the healthy way. I've been excercicing this entire time but I often did it half-harteadly. I want to change and achieve something for me. so HERE I GO! This is a fresh HEALTHY START! <3
